| NetSuite 2019.1 includes two new permissions that provide access to features currently available to account administrators only. These permissions will be added automatically to the Full Access role and can be added to other customized roles. The Convert Classes to Locations permission provides access to the Convert Classes to Locations option, which destroys all location information and is not reversible. The Convert Classes to Departments permission provides access to the Convert Classes to Departments option, which destroys all department information and is not reversible. This notification is intended for accounts with users who use the Full Access role to access NetSuite. You should review these users to determine whether you want them to have access to the Convert Classes to Locations and Convert Classes to Departments options. |
