This notice is intended for customers using SuiteCommerce InStore (SCIS).

We want to inform you that Apple has introduced a Face ID feature in the new iPad Pro that replaces Touch ID. SCIS for iOS is not currently compatible with Face ID. However, an upcoming release of SCIS for iOS will include support for Face ID.

When purchasing devices for use with SCIS, it is important to consider that Touch ID is not available on the latest version of the iPad Pro.
