Export/Import of Sales Territories

I had NetSuite running in Canada (I was just a user).  Moved the business to the US and am re-implementing with a US instance of the product.. (now I am the administrator!!). Have to transfer everything from the Canadian version and cannot see a way to export all the territory designations that I spent hours on two years ago...  If anyone knows of a way to export the definitions of territories I would love to hear from you..
