Use of Hackersafe

Does anyone use Hackersafe services on their webstore?  We are looking into using getting it for our webstore, but are wondering if Netsuite already provides this type of security protection i.e., do we really need it to ensure our site is scanned and free of "all known vulnerabilities"? Also, how does it gets implemented in Netsuite?
