Credit card processing in Netsuite

My company currently does to process credit cards in Netsuite.  We use Authorize.net and it is not an approved gateway (yet).  We are considering moving to Cybersource to have our website and Netsuite intergrated.  As a side effect, I would think that credit card sales of customers currently in Netsuite can now be charged automaticly, instead of having to go to a website and enter the name, card number and billing address manually.  My boss likes the low discount rates he gets by entering the address in the system.  I would think Netsuite would charge the default credit card for
