Refunds do not work using Secpay

Hi

We are using secpay with no problems for credit card processing on the web. However, I have tried a couple of times to give customers refunds, but get the error:

"Unfortunately the credit card charge transaction failed."
Transaction not authorized. Failure message from processor: No {1} transaction found


This is not limited to any specific customers. Any ideas?
