Processing Issue
Something changed last week in NS that screwed up our credit card processing.
One, it redirected the credit card transactions to our bank account instead of undeposited funds. This we were able to fix by resetting all of the payment methods.
Second, NS now defaults our credit card processor to an old, inactive one - maked as "inactive". We have been unsuccessful at correcting this issue. Obviously, this prevents online transactions from taking place and causes headaches internally.
