Urgent!! Cc Not Auth In Cc
We are still having a problem with our cc orders in the cust. center. I have been through this many times with our 3rd party support, and she has been keeping me posted. This issue has been going on for almost 6 months.
My case number is 135621. Has anyone else had this issue?
When an order is placed in the cust. center, the cc does not authorize. Everything seems to be set up correctly on this end. I rec'd an email on Dec. 18 that this is a defect and will be taken care of by the end of Dec.
Any input? We have two large customers who order all the time this way. We still have to go into every order, edit, mark the get auth box and re-submit.
