CSC Field disappears on SO after Declined Credit Card Transaction
We are using PayFlow Pro as our Gateway / Processor. If the first attempt at Authorization fails for any reason on a Cash Sale, there is no way to correct the error and try again because the CSC field disappears on the Payment tab. Only workarounds I've come up with are -> Manually enter the transaction on the PayPal Manager website or delete the entire transaction and recreate it. Does anyone have a better solution?
