How to enter settlement discounts when making deposits from Undeposited funds?

Hi -

I am using Cybersource as our processor. when they deposit funds for a given day, the discount has already been deducted from the settled amount, so the amount on the deposit screen won't match what is hitting the bank account unless I subtract the discount on the cash back tab.

Is there some other way I'm supposed to be doing this? Doing it this way is awfully time consuming.
