SecPAY setup

Can anyone point me in the right direction for setting up SecPAY with NS?

The Help Center talks about "Enter your SECPay user name and password."

Which username/password is this?
Is it the account number, or do you need to set up a specific NetSuite user within SecPAY?

Also, I'm assuming the "Remote" pasword is the same one you can create within SecPAY's extranet?
