Adding Credit Card - Processor?

I inherited the admin role and while I have figured out how to add the card (Discover) in NS, I am really unsure of what else needs to be done or even how to determine who our partners for processing are.  I know that I go to My Merchant Office and Amex to pull the transactions, and I believe we use First Data, but that's about it.  How can I tell from system configs who our processing partners are?
