Which Credit Card Processor is better? &...

I have just set up my website and we our online selling our products.
We have already gotten a few orders but we have not yet set up are Credit card processing.
Today I was going to set up a Pay Flow account and call
Merchant E-Solutions to get it all set up.

Q.1.)
I received an email from one of my first customers saying her account had already been charged, Is this possible? since I have not set up my credit card processing account?

Q.2)
Which Credit Card processor is better?, what do most people seen to prefer?
between ( Merchant E-Solutions / World Pay / SecPay / cybersource )??
