Worldpay - Money not being charged and reflecting into worldpay

Hello Guys,
I may look silly but still i am figuring how to integrate with Worldpay, at first i thought in the credit card processing i just need to enter the user id and password, which i did , i then through the netsuite hosted shoppnig cart did one transaction but i cannot trace it into the worldpay.

Whats wrong ,
Also can someone explain me the process i mean when will the money be deducted from worldpay at the time of transcation ie when one submits the cart, or sometime later,

any suggestions,
