Chargify / Recurring Billing

Has anyone heard of Chargify or have used it?

I'm trying to find a 3rd Party Apps for NetSuite that offers similar service like Chargify. Any recommendation?

Mainly, I'm looking for recurring billing service that allows you to change billing and payment schedule. What I mean is, the customer may start with a monthly payment of $100 for 12 months but after six months, they requested a payment of $50 and extend that period for 12 months. This applies to credit card and ACH.

Anyone has had this scenario? What did you? Did you just create a script?
