Payment Option in payment gateway profile has been disappeared!

We have filed the following defect on your behalf.

This happens after customer support asked me to inactive 'payment method' and untick 'payment option' from the profile.
and reactive it. it's just gone!!!:h_a_w::h_a_w::h_a_w:


A online business can not process credit card???!!! Plz HELP
