Pre authorise credit card on Web Sales Order

Hi,

I am trying to pre-authorise the credit card when a Salesorder is generated throught the webstore. We are using payflow pro as the gateway.
But as soon as I tick the authorisation checkbox on the Website setup- the webstore card gives error on 'review and submit order' page. The error says ' Credit Card not authorised -contact merchant account'.

If I untick the authorisation checkbox on the website >Setup>Shopping then the order is placed from the cart without any error and once billed by generating cash sale the card is authorised.

But we want this authorisation to happen at the SalesOrder. How is it possible?
