payflow pro?

my credit card people switched me over to payflow pro.  I've can't figure out how to set this up.  not having much success with my NS rep.  So maybe someone here can send me in the right direction?

I only see cyber source, emerchant solutions and world pay.  my current setting is VeriSign.  Not sure if I should add NEW, or just edit VeriSign.
