Authroize Credit Card in External System, Capture and Settle in NetSuite

I am not sure this is supported.

A client is using Cybersource to authorize a credit card in a proprietary eCommerce application.  They want to then get the orders into NetSuite (no problems here) and when it is time to fulfill, they want NetSuite to Capture using the approval code obtained during the authorize event. 

Is this supported?  It appears it might but I don't see good documentation reflecting what to do.
