I cannot process refunds in Netsuite - anyone else ?

Has anyone running 2014.2 been successful processing a refund to a credit card in NetSuite using the Payflo gateway with  paypal as the processor?
I can receive orders and authorize the cc.
I can bill sales orders without a problem.

Cant refund an order.  

Did not have this problem before 2014.2

Paypal is indicating NetSuite is not providing the correct company information for the order.
Not sure what that means...
