CyberSource DM Reject still enters order from webstore
When an order is attempted on our web store but CyberSource Decision Manager rejects it, the order still gets entered onto NetSuite, put on hold but the customer is not told that their card declined. It just brings up the thank you page. Surely if DM rejects the order, the web store should go back to the checkout page with a decline message... Does this affect anyone else???
