Merchant e-Solutions rejected transactions - anyone else?

Anyone having issues with rejected transactions in Merchant e-Solutions?  Error Code 103 - Invoice number length error.  Transactions are being submitted to MeS from Netsuite using "otherrefnum" instead of "tranid".
