Tokenized Payment Method - Token from Cybersource

I am trying to use tokenized payment methods in NetSuite.  I am receiving the token from Celigo and it is a string of characters and symbols  something like 'Ahj//wSTBr0ro39OpSPqHXwoGTSTLdIo+xQJyYNehwk/rRgAAAzhTDs+

However when I added the payment method 'Tokenized Card' and used the method of tokenized payments.  When I go to add a credit card, or payment using this method it is still looking for a 13-20 numerical value.

Watching the SuiteAnswers video Answer Id: 41359 it also shows the  token being returned from cycbersource as a 16 numerical value. 

Am I just getting the wrong token? Is there another possible one token or format that I can get?
