Cybersource Recurring Billing / Payment Plan

We would like to sell a customer a $120 widget and allow the customer to make 12 payments of $10 each.

Cybersource allows this type of payment plan.

Would anyone have best practice / thoughts on how to setup a payment plan with Cybersource and Netsuite?

I would prefer to avoid the Advanced Billing Module.
