CyberSource - Does it still create an order in NetSuite if Decision Manager declines?
Hi,
we use CyberSource for our internal orders but not for our eCommerce, we use a different provider for online orders. The reason for this was because years ago when we tried using CyberSource online we came across an issue whereby orders would be created in NetSuite even if Decision Manager declined the transaction because of CSV / AVS issues. We have very strict rules on address verification. The customer would think that their transaction had been approved until we had to phone them with the bad news. This was so time inefficient that we changed back to our old provider.
