Is Paypal processing through payflow possible?

Hi

We are in the process of doing Affiliate marketing through Commission junction (CJ). In order for CJ to track paypal sales, they say paypal express checkout will not work and we need the payflow or paypal pro. We have verisign for credit cards. My question is if we take payflow, can we process paypal payments also using that other than processing the credit cards?

For PayPal I need you to upgrade to either Paypal Pro or Payflow. Those are the only two service levels that automatically redirect to your site’s confirmation page without the user taking action
