Credit Card - Timeout waiting for Processor
We have recently been having issues when processing credit card payments in which they are timing out on us. In NetSuite it looks the same as if the credit card was declined, which just gives you a generic message that their was an error processing the card and to contact your merchant. Well we then find out that the cards actually were not declined but it was only timing out for a minute then approving the card. This is an issue because in NetSuite it was not being shown as approved so we would re-process the card and ended up
