Netsuite integratedcybersource-Invalid CVV entered,getting redirected to 3Dsecure

We integrated Netsuite Ecommerce with Cybersource and when we are entering invalid Cvv for credit card, still customers are getting redirected to 3Dsecure page, and order is getting generated in Netsuite.My worry here is "customers are seeing message which says "Thank you for your order and order number is---" and even after entering wrong CVV, their card is getting validated . Can someone suggest if what could be possible reason?
