Adding payment capabilities to Netsuite CRM

I intend to start charging a subscription fee for Premium gated content in my portal.

Presently I have Netsuite CRM, would be my solution to change to Netsuite ecommerce version? or
Can I add the webstore module with its integrated payment system to my present Netsuite CRM? If these are not options,

Can I integrate Netsuite registration data with aMember Pro, a php program to manage memberships and payment integrated with Paypal?
