Paypal Express Charging problem with webstore
Hi all, we have been getting more and more paypal express payment. Occasionally, when we fulfilled and tried to charge the paypal express order it will give us a "transaction rejected, please contact the buyer" message. I mean the pp exp authorization looks good and all so i don't really know where to address this issue, and the buyer has no idea either. Is this like a credit card declined error in normal processing? Is there anything we can do on paypal side to resolve this? thanks.
