PayPal and International Orders
We receive quite a lot of payments from customers overseas for orders for delivery here in Australia via Paypal. Or should I say, we used to. Since mid-January orders from customers in say, UK, for delivery to addresses here in Australia using PayPal as the payment method has dropped off to nothing.
Today we received an email from a customer in Ireland saying that her attempted transaction had been declined because "she was not in the same country as the merchant".
I am investigating this with PayPal, but was wondering if anyone had experienced a similar problem, or if any change had been made to the Netsuite/PayPal integration that might cause this to happen?
