Paypal session timed out

We are experiencing a "session timed out" error when our customers process their orders thru our webstore.  The error occurs when we leave Netsuite and have logged into Paypal.  Immediately after logging into Paypal the following "session timed out" error occurs. 

  Paypal says it might be a Netsuite problem.  Any ideas greatly appreciated.
