paypal unconfirmed concerns

Since adding paypal we've got a decent amount of sales. Problem is most are unconfirmed addresses and this means you have all the liability for the sale and no paypal protection. It's like shipping to a different address than the c/c billing address.

How have you handled that? Considering some note saying paypal pymts must be to confirmed addresses.
