PayPal in customer center, PayPal for recurring billing

Two questions about PayPal:

1. We have PayPal set up (not Express Checkout). But I don't see PayPal as a payment method when I log in as a customer into our Customer Center.

Question: is there a way to enable PayPal as a payment method in the Customer Center?

2. We bill customers' credit cards monthly for subscriptions to our service, and would like to enable the same with PayPal. We csv upload sales orders and use batch billing.

Question: is it possible to bill customers' PayPal accounts on a recurring basis using batch billing?
