Is it possible to setup Netsuite to talk to the PayPal Sandbox?

If so, would you be able to summarize how to do it?

I think it is not possible. I think on the Edit Payment Method for PayPal, we would need to specify sandbox.paypal.com but there is not field for this. :-(
