Setting up PayPal

After enabling feature "Paypal Integration",
I have to set up/add one of these account

WorldPay Account
CyberSource Account
Merchant e-Solutions Account

Which one should it be?
I only need PayPal and for website customers to click to the PayPal page and make payments.

Also, will the paid transactions show up in the system as Payment received?
