How to process/Accept PayPal payments?

Can someone run me through the process for accepting customer payments via Paypal?

1. Customer placed an order,
2.go into Paypal site,
3.enter the information,
4.Sales order received in Netsuite with PayPal Status: Pending, PayPal Trans ID, and AUthorization ID. Sales Order Status says "Pending Fulfilment".

Customer received an email saying "confirming the payment, but saying it wasn't processed yet and won't be debited from my bank until the merchant processes the payment"

Then what to do next?
