Paypal option not available at checkout! HELP!

We haven't been getting orders with Paypal for a few days so I tried to checkout of our website and there is no PayPal payment option at checkout anymore on our website.

Please help!!  I have tried to re-setup PayPal in my Netsuite account and it appears to all be configured correctly.  What happened?
