We get a quite a few PayPal transactions where the payment fails so the customer tries again and again until all their PayPal funds are tied up. We have no way of releasing those transactions as Netsuite sees them as failed transactions and PayPal sees them as sucessful transactions.

Why does this happen. Am I the only one having this problem?
