Customers are saying they can't finish paying by Paypal

We've had 3 customers in the last week say they have had their computers freeze when they tried to go from Netsuite to Paypal to complete paying for a sales order with Paypal. The first time we thought it was just the customer being weird but now that we've heard it from multiple sources we're wondering if there's an issue with Netsuite that's causing this.
Has anybody else had similar issues?
