Import PayPal QIF with Gross Amount
Hey all -
We do not have the NetSuite eCommerce Advanced website or any other PayPal integration, but we do accept payment via PayPal from our customers. Right now we manually record the gross amount of the payment to a PayPal "bank account" in NetSuite. We add all fees in one transaction at the end of the month. To reconcile, I print a PDF of the month's transactions, and reconcile based on the beginning/ending balances found in the PayPal Monthly Financial Summary downloadable document.
I would like to import our PayPal activity to NetSuite using the import online banking data functionality, however the QIF file I download from PayPal imports the net amount of the transactions.
