Can we use use PayPal for recurring payments?

We do sell subscription products. Currently we capture the credit card during purchase and the sales order and customer record will have the credit card details. Every month during the anniversary date, we create a copy of the original order and charge the credit card.
What I am wondering is if we can charge the customer every month if the original sales order is paid via Paypal.
Can we use the Bill Me later option to achieve this?
