Calculating ROI on OpenAir

<p>We are using OpenAir to lay the foundation for a PMO (Program Management Office).   The PMO will incorporate OpenAir into an overall methodology for working on client projects, metrics and strategic alignment of all projects with company goals. </p><p>I have been asked to estimate ROI (Return On Investment) for OpenAir and would appreciate some guidance on how to proceed...  OpenAir is not replacing another PSA tool, it has been deployed in virgin territory so we cannot compare cost to the "older tool"  Perhaps ROI is time saved generating reports on project data...seems like there should be other good KPIs (Key
