Calculating international resource utilization for the professional service group of a software comp

<span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman'">After several years of working in the international headquarters function in the professional services group of a software company, I had to comment when I saw Brian Martin's post on the topic of calculating utilization.  I have attached a short case study of some of the non-software specific challenges of calculating utilization and how we addressed them in a previous company. <span> </span>Comments are welcomed.
