Managing projects with detailed tasks

<p>We currently use MS Project to create projects with a very granular set of tasks. A Some examples are the following - schedule meeting(4 days - 1 hour duration), have meeting (2 hours), install database (4 hours), setup document types (2 hours). A This is needed to get an accurate estimate on the project and give the consultants a detailed task list of what needs to be done.
