Capped Hours "Lost"
<p>I could use some guidance on how best to use Time Billing Rules. Here's the situation:</p><ol><li>I create a Time Billing Rule with a 50 hr cap. I allow adjustment of the timesheet entry to fit under the cap. I allow time entries that exceed the cap to be processed by the next billing rule.</li><li>I enter time on time sheets that total, let's say, 52 hrs.</li><li>I run billing. 50 hrs get captured and have chrages created and placed on an invoice. The other 2 hrs are "capped out" and seem to be lost forever! What I mean by that is that
