Automate baseline creation?
I would like to automatically create baselines for all active projects. I want to do this on a regular basis- possibly weekly, maybe just twice a month, but at least once a month fur sure.
I've asked my PMs to do this manually for all of their projects on a regular basis, but it's too easy for them to forget to do it. This makes it very difficult to see how planned hours change over the life of a project.
Does anyone know of a way to automate the creation of baselines for all active projects so that PMs don't have to remember to do this for each one of their projects?
