Edit Baseline Hours

Can anybody tell me how I can edit the planned hours in a project baseline?

The OpenAir help says "There is an option to allow editing of the planned hours in a baseline. To enable this feature, please contact  OpenAir support."

I have contacted support who enabled this option for me, but I can find no information anywhere as to how I actually edit the baseline hours!

Any help would be appreciated...
