OpenAir Training/Pilot Rollout hindsight?

We are preparing to start our internal Pilot rollout of OpenAir. Does anyone have any recommendations/hindsight on things to be sure to consider for training our project managers and staff on OpenAir items such as time entry or expenses? We have developed training materials with screenshots of the typical items, but was wondering if anyone here has any other suggestions? Any advice will be greatly appreciated!
