Very, very slow reporting since Monday the 16th of July
Hello,
I have started experiencing very, very slow reporting, especially on summary reports with custom calculations from Monday the 16th of July.
Reports which used to take 2-3 seconds take now 200-300 seconds to run plus 100-200 to just open (click on the pen), if I need to open them first.
I also have a report which simply fails (blank screen) after about half hour of waiting.
Anyone going through something similar?
I have a call with Support but I am now in the third day when reporting is practically impossible and I am trying to figure out if it is a system wide issue.
